Is there a deadline for registration?
No, there is no deadline. However, the show typically sells out. We advise you to act early to secure your spot at the show and take advantage of the early bird pricing.
Do I need to wear my badge during the entirety of the conference?
Yes, your badge is required for entry into the conference venue, session rooms and party. Please note that you will be asked for valid photo identification (valid driver’s license, passport etc.) at the conference registration before you receive your badge.
Where do I pick up my badge?
Please pick up your badge at the DockerCon registration area at the CCIB venue, Floor 0. For security purposes, please be ready to show valid identification.
What are the substitution and cancellation policies for DockerCon Europe 2018?
A 100% refund will be given if notice of cancellation is received in writing by the close of business on 3 November 2018. Cancellations between 3 November – 23 November 2018 will receive a full refund minus a €250 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 23 November 2018.
In the case of cancelling a registration for the purpose of signing up again under a special offer code, a €150 processing fee will be charged to the registration for this change.

An employee of the same company may be substituted at no additional fee by EOD 23 November 2018. After 23 November 2018 no substitutions will be permitted.
Can you help with a visa invitation letter?
In order to request a visa letter from the DockerCon team, please send an email to email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Full name on passport
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Passport Number
- Place of issue
- Date of issue
- Date of expiration
- Are you a Government Official [Yes, No]
Visa invitation letters will be submitted for approval for those attendees that have requested a visa invite letter and have completed registration for a full conference pass including payment. We can only issue visa letters for fully paid attendees and you will need to allow 2-3 weeks’ time for your embassy to process your request. Visa letter request will not be accepted after 15 November, 2018.
Are guest passes available for the DockerCon Europe Party?
Yes, guest passes are available for purchase through the registration site. The guest pass provides access to the DockerCon Europe Party on 4 December only.
What types of payments are accepted for DockerCon registrations?
Our preferred method of payment is credit card.
Are Expo Hall only passes available to purchase?
Expo Hall passes are not available for purchase.
Can you purchase a one-day pass to the conference?
One day passes are not available for purchase.
